Eric McIntosh has a broad legal background with over twenty (20) years of experience litigating matters involving construction law, business law, corporate defense, insurance defense, estate planning and probate administration, applicant workers’ compensation claims and product and personal injury claims throughout the states of California, Arizona and Nevada, including first chair trial experience. Mr. McIntosh possesses strong negotiation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills. He has a history of successfully reducing legal expenses including the use of appropriate insurance and risk management measures. He has substantial experience as litigation counsel in hundreds of cases and has demonstrated experience in managing other counsel in several litigation matters through a joint defense.
