Hector Ramirez is an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive experience in federal and state courts, and international arbitration. He has litigated matters in the areas of commercial litigation, medical and professional malpractice defense, personal injury defense, property and casualty, landlord/tenant disputes, breach of contract, mortgage foreclosures, complex business disputes, admiralty and maritime claims, products liability, and mass torts. He has also handled vessel foreclosure actions.
Mr. Ramirez has represented major cruise lines, lending institutions, hotels, physicians and medical providers, product manufacturers and distributors, international businesses, transportation companies, underwriters, including major marine domestic and international underwriters.Through pointed and targeted litigation, Mr. Ramirez has successfully argued and won countless summary judgments saving clients from costly verdicts and significant defense costs. He has developed a sharply tuned skill of securing early dismissal of claims. He handles litigation from inception through completion, including trial by jury when necessary.
Mr. Ramirez has an experienced perspective that allows him to see legal
