Jonathan Zim is a litigation associate who focuses on ADA defense, FLSA defense, and commercial litigation. He strives to represent clients with enthusiasm and integrity. Mr. Zim gained his first legal experience as a legal intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in New York City. He worked as a law clerk in Florida for both a maritime and admiralty law firm, as well as an insurance defense law firm. While in law school, Mr. Zim volunteered as a clinician at the University of Miami’s Children & Youth Law Clinic for 10 months. During this time he worked on cases for seven clients between the ages of 14 and 22 years old. Under attorney supervision, he conducted client interviews, drafted various legal memoranda, and worked with medical experts.
As an associate at the Law Offices of Nolan Klein, Mr. Zim has represented clients in ADA, FLSA, and commercial litigation matters. His enthusiastic and determined demeanor are valued by senior attorneys of the firm, who he assists in litigating a wide variety of matters.
