Nolan Klein has represented many hundreds of clients in litigation, in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, mediation, and appeals. He is an experienced federal litigator who has taught multiple classes on defending clients against federal litigation, including ADA and FLSA litigation. Those classes have been taken by thousands of lawyers nationwide, and are approved for continuing legal education credits by more than 15 state bar associations.
Mr. Klein regularly appears on national news media outlets including CNN and Fox News to provide insight and analysis on current legal issues. He has acted as an advisor on American law to the Supreme Court of Israel. During law school, Mr. Klein served as a law clerk to the President of the National Trial Lawyers’ Association, as the University of Miami’s representative at the National Conference of College Newspapers, and as editor-in-chief of the Res Ipsa Loquitur law school journal.
